Required Documents

Requirements of legal documents varies country to country. Documents requirements also depend on whether the embassy of manpower importing has a diplomatic mission in Nepal or not. Common to all are five (5) legal documents, these documents should be in employer company letterhead, properly signed and stamped by company authority. These documents should get attested from Minister of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) and Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Nepalese Embassy of the existing in the country of employment.

3. Employment Contract
4. Inter Party Agreement
5. Guarantee Letter

For Malaysia:

1. Demand Letter
2. Power of Attorney
3. Employment Contract Paper
4. Authority Letter (Letter to Malaysian High Commission)
5. Letter to the Department of Labour
6. Agreement of manpower mobilization
7. Affidavit
8. Photocopy of Employer's ID
9. Company Detail
10. Photographs of the working area and worker's Hostel All the above mentioned documents should have Employer's chop and authorized signature on every page. These documents should also have Notary Public chop on every page.

For Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

1. Demand Letter
2. Power of Attorney
3. Employment Contract
4. Inter Party Agreement
5. Guarantee Letter
6. Electronic Authorization Letter
7. Visa Slip (Copy)
8. Company Registration (C. R.) /one photocopy only
